Q&A content management

The Q&A module provides a focused way to manage questions and answers that appear on the public site as part of pages created in the Posts module. It replaces scattered help texts with a searchable, language aware knowledge base.

What the Q&A module is for

Q&A entries are designed to centralize common questions, support topics and short how to answers. Each item has its own title, body, language and status.

The module works equally well for public FAQ pages, help centers and internal knowledge bases where structure, navigation and consistency are defined through Categories and Menus.

  • Create reusable questions and answers.
  • Filter entries by language and status.
  • Keep content searchable by title and body.
  • Publish or hide items without removing them.

Structured question list

The main Q&A screen shows all questions in a clean table. Filters for language and status keep the view focused on the entries you need to edit.

Search works across title, body, slug and internal name, making large knowledge bases easy to maintain.

Language aware content

Each question belongs to a specific language. You can maintain separate Q&A sets for BG and EN, while still seeing an overview of all content.

Language separation follows the same rules used across other content modules.

Published and pending states

Entries can be marked as published or pending. Pending questions stay hidden on the public site until they are reviewed.

This supports editorial workflows and staged publishing.

Rich answer content

Answers are stored as full text with formatting support. You can include short explanations, step by step instructions and links where needed.

This makes the module suitable for both quick FAQs and deeper help content.

Slug and search optimization

Each Q&A item can have its own slug and optional meta fields. This improves internal search and allows integration with structured SEO data from the SEO module.

Consistent slugs make links predictable and stable.

Simple editorial workflow

  • Add new questions with one click from the list view.
  • Edit answers without leaving the module.
  • Toggle status between pending and published.
  • Keep old entries for reference instead of deleting.
